One of the hottest music videos around was produced as a surprise for David Duchovny. Singer Bree Sharp wrote a song called "David Duchovny," a playful track that includes the refrain, "Why won't you love me, David Duchovny?"

When a friend sent the song to the actor, Duchovny shared it with Will Shivers and Charles Forsch, two of the production assistants on The X Files. The pair put together a music video that features celebs lipsynching along, among them Brad Pitt, Jenna Elfman, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Janeane Garofalo, Whoopi Goldberg and Garry Shandling. The most fun participant turned out to be Pitt. "He took us on the set of his movie Fight Club," says Shivers. "We did three takes and said thanks, but then he said, 'Let's do one more,' and he did this Mick Jagger impression." Says Duchovny: "It was funny and sweet." The single is already on its way to radio stations, while Sharp's album is due later this summer.
